How do I start a project with S-FUTURE?
Send us your project type, location and what you need — drawings, a material list or even a few photos. Your project manager will contact you, review the scope with you and propose the next steps. The first consultation is free.
Which files should I send for a quotation?
Architectural or interior drawings (PDF or DWG), a room-by-room material list, reference photos and any sizes or quantities you already have. A rough list is fine — we help you complete it.
Can I get samples before I order?
Yes. Samples of finishes, tiles, timber, stone and hardware can be arranged for the key items of your project, so you can confirm colours and quality before production. Sample and courier costs are confirmed case by case.
How is the quotation itemised?
By category and by area. Each line lists the product, specification, finish, size, quantity and unit price, so you can compare options and adjust quantities easily before you confirm.
How do you control quality?
Your project manager follows production with the factories and shares progress photos and videos. Goods are inspected against the confirmed specifications and samples before packing. You are also welcome to visit, audit the factories or arrange your own inspection.
Can you ship to my country?
We have supplied projects in 60+ countries and regions. We consolidate your order into one shipment and guide the sea freight to your port, with your own forwarder or through our logistics network. We also help with the shipping documents your import clearance requires.
Do you help with installation?
Yes — with installation guidance: drawings, instructions and remote technical support for your installer, so the materials go in the way they were designed.
What about after-sales and spare parts?
Send us photos or a video of the issue. Your project manager coordinates with the factory for spare parts, replacements or project changes, and follows up until everything is resolved.
