Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the product category and on whether items are standard or made to measure. We supply both complete packages for a single home and volume orders for developments — tell us what your project needs and your project manager will explain the options for each category.
Can I combine different categories in one container?
Yes — that is the idea of a one-stop supply. Cabinets, doors, windows, tiles, sanitary ware, flooring, lighting and decoration materials can be consolidated into one shipment. We coordinate the factories, check each order and plan the packing so your materials travel together.
Can I see samples before I order?
Yes. Samples of materials, colours and finishes can be arranged for most products, and you are welcome to compare them in our showroom. Your project manager will confirm which samples are available and any sample or courier costs for your items.
How long does a quotation take?
We reply to every enquiry within 24 hours. Once we have your drawings or material list, your project manager prepares an itemised quotation covering every category; larger projects may need a round of solution optimisation first, and we will give you a clear timeline.
Can you ship to my port?
Our materials have reached more than 60 countries and regions. We provide sea-freight guidance — packing, container loading, shipping documents and delivery options to your port — and can work with your own freight forwarder if you have one.
Do you provide installation guidance?
Yes. We provide installation guidance and technical support for the products we supply, and our team answers your installers’ questions during the project. See our buying and installation guides.
What happens after delivery?
Delivery is not the end of our service. We keep following product quality, installation and use: spare-part re-supply, product issues and project changes are handled by your project manager, who coordinates with the factories on your behalf.
